Musings from an Insane Mind

Here is where strange thoughts, questions, and insight will be found.
A word of warning however, some things here will make your head hurt.
1. Think of an infinite amount of holes. Now, a hole by definition is a lack of something in a field of something. (a hole in the ground is an absence of ground) So, with this in mind, think of an infinitely large soccer field. Grass stretching in every direction for infinity. Now, if a hole is an absence of something, in a field of something, then to have an infinite amount of holes, you would have to remove an infinite amount of what ever the holes where going into. So, it would be infinity minus infinity. Now, infinity equals infinity, so x minus x always equals zero. To to have an infinite amount of holes, you would remove everything, thus you would be left with nothing. So, an infinite amount of holes cannot be realized, because it would just become empty space. Any arguments against this?

So basically, if you take away everything, you’re left with nothing?

This question reminds of me consciousness: How unconsciousness is a lack, or absence, of consciousness, and thus cannot be realized by a conscious mind.
